Young sprayers

By Pat Dennison (nee Goffin)

My father Ted Goffin worked in the machine shop for many years until the closure of Finsbury Works. My cousin Ron Turton was a French polisher and my older sister was a colour sprayer.

I was a also a colour sprayer after leaving school in 1958 at the age of 15. I remained with Lebus for ten years until I was 25 years old.

Below are a couple of photos of me and my mates who were also colour sprayers for Lebus.
